Each part requires a different skill or achievement, such as installing at least 6 Rain Engines in production buildings (Mechanical Heart), earning 3 Reputation Points from Events (Heart of the Forest), or selling goods worth at least 100 Amber in a single transaction (Heart of Amber).

Reforging the Seal
