In the heart of a mysterious dungeon, Dungeon Hunters 5 stumble upon two statues that seem to defy explanation. The first statue appears to be a simple, ordinary rock carved into the likeness of an old man praying. However, as Nile delves deeper, he discovers that nothing about this statue is as ordinary as it seems.

Upon examining the desk beside the statue, Nile finds a mess of parchments and broken vials, amidst which lies an open book written in a strange language.
